- Step your feet about 4 feet apart.
- Raise arms overhead, shoulders down and palms touching each other.
- Then turn your left foot in 45 degrees and right foot in 90 degrees.
- Square hips and shoulders to front and even the weight on both feet.
- Shift weight to left and return to the normal position with a jump
The point of concentration is Swadhisthana charka (sacral energy centre).
